Biostimulators

Hard biostimulators

Polynucleotides

This innovative product, which contains polynucleotides, stimulates the skin to regenerate and stimulates the production of elastin and collagen.

Treatment with a preparation containing polynucleotides is carried out to biostimulate and regenerate the skin. It is a preparation with a three-way mechanism of action:

  • lifting already at the cellular level,
  • hydration,
  • antioxidation.

Who is the treatment intended for?

The treatment is intended for all skin types, irrespective of age, and in particular for those with dehydrated skin, exposed to oxidative stress or simply skin with signs of photo-ageing.

The treatment is dedicated to those who:

  • want to achieve a visible rejuvenation effect without interfering with facial features,
  • want to reduce the appearance of wrinkles and firm the skin,
  • wish to undergo a prophylactic anti-ageing treatment,
  • for people exposed to oxidative stress,
  • for people with flabby and dehydrated skin.

This treatment can also be used as a preparatory before more invasive aesthetic treatments, to prolong the persistence of their effect.

What effects can we expect?

The product has a strong moisturising effect already after the first treatment, while after 7–10 days it produces a subtle lifting effect.

Areas of application are:

  • face,
  • neck
  • cleavage,
  • hands,
  • abdomen,
  • thighs,
  • buttocks.

L-polylactic acid

L-polylactic acid is a chemical compound found physiologically in the body. Treatment with it is a powerful stimulator of the body’s own collagen production, safe and natural, strongly revitalising, eliminating flabbiness and tightening the skin.

L-polylactic acid naturally stimulates skin cells to produce collagen. Its density and elasticity are improved. Wrinkles and furrows are reduced, and the face gains a youthful oval and volume. The treatment can also eliminate cellulite or improve the shape of the buttocks. In a series, 2 to 4 treatments are recommended, repeated every 6 weeks or so. There are also cases in which one treatment is sufficient.

The effect of the first treatment is noticeable 6 weeks afterwards. The results intensify over the following six months. After completion of the treatment, the results last approx. 2–3 years. If, after this time, the patient decides to undergo a repeat procedure, then a smaller amount of the preparation is required.

Calcium hydroxyapatite

Calcium hydroxyapatite is a biostimulant that is ideal for modelling and contouring the facial oval. It increases density and improves skin texture, but without the unwanted effect of adding volume.

It can be used to fill moderate to deep nasolabial and chin-labial furrows, correct sunken cheeks, zygomatic areas, chin area and improve facial shape and contour.

Calcium hydroxyapatite has a dual effect, thanks to the special gel carrier, an immediate filling effect is possible, visible immediately after treatment. Over time (approximately 4 months), the gel disappears, but its place is taken by new collagen fibres produced by the skin. As a result, the skin naturally rejuvenates and becomes thicker and more elastic.

Indications for the treatment are:

  • marionette lines,
  • nasolabial furrows,
  • correction of cheeks,
  • correction of temporal defects.

Fillers based on poly-ɛ-caprolactone

Poly-ɛ-caprolactone-based fillers are innovative preparations that provide a comprehensive treatment effect – both a classic filling and modelling effect and guarantee a strongly rejuvenating effect. Treatments with these fillers stimulate collagen production, thus genuinely combating the underlying causes of facial ageing. The use of these products ensures a long-lasting, natural and youthful appearance by restoring skin density and elasticity.

Treatments with this substance are suitable for both women and men, regardless of age. An additional advantage is the possibility to choose the duration of the effect, as there are four types of poly-ɛ-caprolactone-based fillers:

  • S (the effect lasts for approximately 12 months).
  • M (the effect lasts for approximately 18 months).

Soft biostimulants

Thermally stabilised hyaluronic acid, a chemical compound naturally found in our bodies, is a substance that binds water in the tissue, responsible for maintaining hydration in the skin.

Recombinant collagen (Rh Collagen) extracted from silkworms. A bio-stimulator and softfiller that naturally rejuvenates the skin and rebuilds the extracellular matrix. Reduces skin sagging, wrinkles, scars (stretch marks and acne scars). It produces a filling and gently volumetric effect, making the effects visible immediately after treatment. It has an anti-ageing effect, reduces the activity of oxygen free radicals and has a protective effect on hyaluronic acid.

Hybrid fillers are a combination of stabilised hyaluronic acid and calcium hydroxyapatite.

These substances have properties that restore the youthful appearance of the skin. They have an immediate and long-lasting effect. They stimulate fibroblasts to produce collagen, making the effects extremely natural.

This is a treatment for those who are concerned not only with firming and improving the quality of the skin, but also with the elimination of the so-called hamstrings, i.e. the replenishment of defects associated with the disappearance of subcutaneous adipose tissue.

The combination of uncross-linked hyaluronic acid and calcium hydroxyapatite in the treatment creates a luxurious moisturising therapy that works in three dimensions – hydration, collagen and elastin reconstruction and skin firming – to provide an excellent and long-lasting effect.

A product whose action combines deep moisturisation and biostimulation. It is used during needle mesotherapy treatments as a way to revitalise and stimulate collagen production.

Autologous biostimulators

Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) is a substance extracted from the patient’s blood. A small amount of blood is drawn immediately before the procedure is performed and is then centrifuged in tubes. This procedure is by no means a recent discovery in aesthetic dermatology, and has been used for many years. In aesthetic medicine, platelet-rich plasma is an unrivalled aid to skin revitalisation processes. Its application makes it possible to delay the ageing process, regain the former radiance, get rid of unsightly scars and discolourations. We can shallow wrinkles, eliminate scars and delay the ageing process. The substance has versatile applications in various fields and can also be successfully used in the treatment of alopecia or wound healing.

Platelet-rich fibre (PRF) is a cell concentrate that naturally revitalises and rebuilds the skin, as well as strengthening hair and preventing hair loss.

The material used during the treatment is obtained from the patient’s blood, thus guaranteeing complete safety and preventing the body from triggering an allergic reaction or rejecting the substance. Treatment with fibrin makes the skin nourished and wrinkles are no longer visible. When applied to the scalp, it strengthens the hair and effectively reduces hair loss. The result of platelet-rich fibrin therapy is healthier, firmer skin with filled-in wrinkles and healthy and strong hair.
